I started at Apple Wellness Center in October of 2016. I started with back issues, which developed into neck issues. I had tried physical therapy before but it didn’t help. Between the exercises, massages, and adjustments, I feel better now than I have in a long time. Not only did the staff help with my main issue, they were always willing to assist in any other areas I had pain. I came to enjoy my appointments and always left the office with a smile. Apple Wellness Center not only has a great proficiency at fixing patients, but everyone is happy, healthy, and friendly.

I came to Apple Wellness Center in mid March 2017 with severe lower back and hip pain. It would take the better part of half the day to get my back loose enough to be able to bend over or ever squat down. After meeting with Dr. Pasternack and his staff they recommended a program of cold laser therapy, deep tissue massage, and chiropractic adjustments. With the first 4 weeks of the program I can say I am back to 90% of myself. The folks here have done wonders for me and I cannot thank them enough. I was having knee pain, swelling, and having trouble walking. I read about the “cold laser” in the newspaper. I was contemplating having knee replacement, I’m glad I decided to have the cold laser. Walking doesn’t bother me much anymore and not much swelling anymore from standing. I’m pleased with the results.

A very painful left knee brought me to visit Dr. Pasternack. The knee warranted me using a cane. Since I have received the cold laser therapy to my knee, I am now walking without a cane and pain. Also the other therapies to my neck and back have increased my activity to be more active.

Since seeing Dr. Pasternack I have not had any lower back pain in 3 weeks & knee has improved 50%

I went into detail as to how the pain was to the point that I could not sit, stand, or even lay down. After an assessment I was started with therapy right away along with other things I could do at home along with equipment to help. Within 2 weeks I was able to sleep in my bed for more than an hour at a time. Within a month I was back to workable to do my job completely with little to no pain at all.
